Updated Primary Care Tool on Poverty

A new, updated version of our primary care intervention tool on poverty has been posted today. This comes in two versions: One intended for publication (as a double-sided 11x17 folded handout), and a referenced version. Please feel free to print for your own use, and to send feedback for the tool's further development. Visit our Tools and Resources section to download the tool.
