25 in 5 seeks to reduce poverty by 25% in 5 years, and by 50% in 10 years. It is an Ontario-based multi-sector network comprised of over 100 provincial and community organizations working to eliminate poverty.

Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) is a direct-action anti-poverty organization based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. OCAP was an original partner of HPAP, focusing on shared projects around raising awareness of housing conditions. http://www.ocap.ca

Campaign 2000 is a cross-Canada public education movement to build Canadian awareness and support for the 1989 all-party House of Commons resolution to end child poverty in Canada by the year 2000.
